Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) has a requirement for the production of AN/WLR-1H(V)7 Electronic Support Measures Systems. The above referenced solicitation is set aside 100% for small business and will be issued on a competitive basis. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract with options will result from this solicitation. The base contract will include a first article system and seven production systems. The contract will contain three options, each for four additional production systems. A line item for data will be included in the base contract. Separately priced line items for data will be in the contract as options. Inspection and acceptance will be at source by the cognizant government representative. Delivery will be FOB destination at NSWC Crane Division, Indiana. Delivery of the first article is required 180 days after contract award, with delivery of the first production system within 120 days of first article acceptance. The solicitation will be posted and available for downloading on NSWC Crane's homepage at http://www.crane.navy.mil/supply/solicit.htm. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided.
