377th CONS/LGCA, Kirtland AFB New Mexico, intends to award a sole source purchase to ENER-TECH Automated Control Systems, Inc, 4730-D PAN AMERICAN FREEWAY NE, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87109. The objective of this effort will be to install and upgrade the existing National Control System (NCS), Access Control System to Proximity Readers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.
