Description

FISC Norfolk Det. Phila intends to acquire radiology services on a full and open competitive basis in support of the Naval Hospital at Twentynine Palms, CA. Requirement will be solicited as a commercial items acquisition IAW FAR part 12. Contractor will provide interpretation services at Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms on an as-needed basis to supplement the radiologist at NAVHOSP Twentynine Palms. The Naval Hospital anticipates that the services will be used approximately 16 weeks per year with 125 plain films sent out each week. Orders for services will be placed on a per week basis. Contractor will arrange for pick-up and return of film studies in accordance with the statement of work. The resultant contract will provide for a base period of 12 months with four one-year option periods. It is anticipated that contract services will start approximately 1 September 2001. The solicitation will consider past performance as an evaluation factor. A firm fixed price commercial items type, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. The applicable NAICS Code is 621512 with a size standard of $10M. All responsible sources may download the solicitation and submit a proposal which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Det. Phila.
