Description

Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB), Albany is currently executing year three of a five year contract (years 3-5 are option years) with a period of performance from September 1, 1998 to August 31, 2001. MCLB, Albany will extend the period of performance for option year 1 not to exceed 90 days in order to support the acquisition timeline for the follow-on contract. Additionally, the contract will be modified to allow for the unanticipated expansion of the customer base. Accordingly, the contract ceiling will be raised from $50, 500,000 to $65,500,000 to support these efforts. All other conditions remain unchanged. A new procurement for services after September 31, 2001 is pending. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
