Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, services, equipment, tools, materials and management necessary to manage and perform all operations incidental to the collection, transportation, and disposal of solid waste generated and collection, transportation, and processing of recyclable materials at Devens RFTA, MA. The period of performance is 1 Sept 01 through 31 Aug 02 with four one year option periods. This procurement is being solicited unrestricted in accordance with "DIGS".
