Description

This is to correct the combined synopsis/solicitation issued for subject solicitation. The date of the conference is corrected to read November 5 -- 9, 2001. Interested parties should provide thier best proposal by 10:00 AM, EST June 8, 2001. Parties that previously submitted proposals should indicate by signed letterhead of their intent to provide services for the corrected date. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
