Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION WANTS TO LEASE SPACE STATESBORO, GEORGIA AMOUNT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease office space consisting of approximately 1,380 rentable square feet to yield 1,200 to 1,320 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office and related space. Space offered should include four inside parking spaces. LOCATION: Space must be located in the Statesboro, GA Central Business Area (CBA) using the following parameters: BOUNDED OR FRONTING ON NORTHSIDE DRIVE (U.S. HIGHWAY 80) ON THE NORTH; WEST GRADY STREET ON THE SOUTH; SOUTH ZETTEROWER, SAVANNAH AVENUE AND RAILROAD STREET ON THE EAST; AND NORTH COLLEGE STREET ON THE WEST. Historic locations (that meet the space requirements) within the CBA will be given first consideration. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The space is required by January 01, 2001, for 10 years, 5 firm with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
