Description

The work of this contract consists of cleaning, removing roots, and video inspection of 972 linear feet of 6 inch vitrified clay, and 175 linear feet of 6 inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe; cleaning of 6 sanitary manholes and leach field distribution box; servicing and cleaning of a 3500 gallon septic tank; slip lining of 890 linear feet of 6 inch vitrified clay sewer pipe with high density polyethylene pipe with new seals of manhole inlets and outlets; replacing 164 linear feet of 4 inch vitrified clay, and 35 linear feet of 4 inch cast iron sewer pipe laterals, necessary fittings, with new seals at manhole inlets; cleaning, removing roots, and video inspection of 67 linear feet of 6 inch vitrified clay, and 94 linear feet of cast iron sanitary sewer pipe; installing 1 sanitary manhole; block and seal any alternate inlets at existing manholes. This project is located at Tuzigoot National Monument, 110 miles north of Phoenix, Arizona.
