Description

Various shore based military activities and ships based in the Norfolk/Tidewater, VA area require fresh dairy prodcuts for the period 01 August 2001 through 30 July 2002. This is an unrestricted acquisition with evaluation preference for HubZone Small Business firms. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by the agency. Anticipated solicitation issuance date 11 June 2001. As of 19 March 2001, copies of the solicitation for solicitation SP0300-01-R-4024, fluid milk and milk products for the Norfolk/Tidewater, VA activites can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at HTTP://PROGATE.DAPS.MIL/HOME OR HTTP://214.3.146.126/HOME. Again, solicitations will not automatically be mailed to our potential suppliers. This noteice will be the onyl document you will receive to notify you of the availability of the solicitation. It will be your responsibility to obtain the advertised solicitation from our procurement gateway. Should you not have Internet capabilities available, copies of the solicitation will be sent to you upon request. However please be aware that they will be sent regular mail, and the closing date will not be extended for the reason that you did not have the solicitation in adequate time.
