Description

Job Order Contracting Management System; The following = specifications are listed as a minimum for the requirements: Windows = based software to manage a Job Ordering Contracting Management System. = Capable of generating all Job Order Contract documents including the = contractors cost proposal, cost estimate and other management reports = and forms. Must be IBM compatible and be able to operate using any of = the Windows operating systems. Software package must include an owners = version and a contractor version with the capability of building cost = proposals. Software provider must be able to provide training, tech = support, and on site installations. This is a combined = synopsis/solicitation per FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional = information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the = only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written = solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotations. Incorporated = provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition = Circular 97-24. Required delivery is 30 days ARO, to McGuire AFB, NJ = 08641-1712. Pricing shall reflect FOB Destination.
