Description

The TRADOC Acquisition Center-Leavenworth intends to negotiate a sole source contract with New Image Technologies (NIT), under authority of FAR 6.302-1, to functionally and technically configure a Request for Information (RFI) pilot system/process for automated workflow using icomXpress's software product, which is integrated with Tower's TRIM Capture 4.3 records management application software. TRIM is a Records Management Application software the government will use to manage the Operational Repository. The requirement includes, but not limited to, refining the TRIM integration; automate e-mail addresses from the TRIM profile; and create a system administration utility that will be a Web based GUI that will include the ability to view/change custom roles, refresh the TRIM e-mail file, view the history of the workflow agent and view/print reports. The period of performance is ninety (90) calendar days from date of award. This announcement is for informational purposes only. No solicitation is available. A determination by the government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The NAICS for this action is 541511. Any offerors with interest in providing the services must submit detailed information indicating the ability to meet the government's requirement.
