The USDA, National Finance Center, intends to award Executive Information Systems of Bethesda, MD a sole Source firm-fixed price purchase order for SAS Software upgrade protection to freeze the computing capacity of each machine at the current rating.. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a determination has been made by the Government not to compete this procurement due to the propritary nature of the software.
