This publication serves as a notice of intent to procure, on a sole-source basis, with Cooperative Research CTR for Coastal Zone Estuary and Waterway, Dr. Milani Chaloupka for NOAA, National Marine Fisheries Service to develop and document stochastic computer simulation models that describe the population dynamics of Western Pacific Leatherback, Japanese Loggerhead, and Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition, question concerning this acquisition may be directed to Melvin Fondue.
