Description

Single award term contract for the period 11-01-01 to 10-31-02. 2-part and 3-part multiforms, 6-3/4 x 4" including 1/2" stub, carbon interleaved, the majority of orders will be for a 3-part form. Printing in one or two colors. Approximately 10,000 to 1,000,000 sets per order. Operations include glue or paste, perforated parts at stub, printing, binding, packing, and distribution to various nationwide destinations. Copy pickup in Washington, DC, Quality level IV.
