Description

Custom interactive conference room/training room presentation system, complete package to include system design, equipment, hardware and installation, Quantity: (1) LO. Package should include vendor providing training on use of the equipment and a 15 month on-site system warranty and service agreement beyond the warranty period. Solicitation to include statement of work with complete description of equipment and services required. Site visit may be required; Room Dimensions are: 60 FT x 34 FT. Completed solicitation package must be mailed or e-mailed back, faxed copies will not be accepted. Numbered Note #1 applies.
