BAA-01-016 is hereby amended to extend the closing date for submission of white papers only from 16:00 (4:00 PM) 11 June 2001 to 16:00 (4:00 PM) 22 June 2001. White papers are due either in hard copy or electronic form to the Office of Naval Research , Attention 331 Environmental BAA, Room 503, 800 N. Quincy St., Arlington, VA 22217-5660, Ms. Jennifer Snaith, email address: snaithj@onr.navy.mil, (703) 696-0687. White papers that were submitted by the initial due date, need not be resubmitted. Formal proposals prepared in accordance with the Research Proposal Format Instructions available on the ONR web site (http://www.onr.navy.mil/scripts/02/howtosubmit.asp) will still be required by 16:00 local time (4:00 PM) 10 August 2001 to the same address listed above for the white paper.
