Description

A-U. S. Dept of Commerce/ (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite Data, and Information Services, (NESDIS), Office of Research and Application (ORA), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh, Scotland, to provide services in the improvement of GOES-SST ALGORITHM for operational implementation.
