Description

The purpose of this CBD modification is to change the contract type of this requirement from a firm-fixed price Requirements contract to an Indefinite Quantity contract. Additionally, the inmate days for all three line items will reflect a minimum/maximum for the base year and four one year options of 7,300(20 inmates)/14,600(40 inmates) inmate days. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
