Mechanical Maintenance Services at the W.D. Rudman U.S. Courthouse and the J.C. Cleveland Federal Building, Concord, N H. This is a New Performance Based Procurement utilizing Commercial Item Procedures for the purchase of Mechanical Maintena nce Services. This Solicitation is available only on the internet at http://eps.gov/. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the RFP and amendments (if any) and the offeror is responsible for downloading their o wn copy of the RFP and amendments. This Procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Solicitation will be availab le on or about 6/15/01. RFP due date on or about 7/16/01. The period of performance is thirty-six (36) months with two (2) one year options. Anticipated start date is on or about 9/1/01.
