Description

This Amendment 0001 to Solicitation DADA16-01-T-0155 is issued to: (1) Extend the offer due date from 6/13/01, 1400 HR to 6/18/01, 1400 HR. (2) Add verbiage to Scope of Work. "Approximate size of grease traps: (1) each -- 2500 gallon and (1) each -- 50 gallon." (3) Add the following clause, FAR 52.237-1 Site Visit. (Apr 1984). Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the sites where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contact award. (4) An organized site visit has been scheduled for 6/15/01, 0900 HR. Participants will meet at Tripler Army Medical Center, ocean side lobby lounge (near to Information Desk) at the appointed time and date. Those individuals planning to attend shall notify Karen Lee, Ph (808) 433-7008 or Fx (808) 433-7010 by 1400 HR 6/14/01.
