Description

The Government intends to award a four year Fixed Price contract to High Technology Solutions for the modification of the Guided Missile-Launcher Test Set to add the capability for testing and reprogramming the High speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Precision Navigation Upgrade (PNU) All-Up Round missile. This action requires the contractor to modify current software and hardware design, oversee the production of modification kits and integrate and test the system. Hish Technology Solutions is the only known firm with the unique HARM Guided Missile-Launcher Test Set experience and expertise necessary to maximize the probability of successful development and integration of this complex precision navigation upgrade into the GM-LTS. High Technology Solutions is considered the only qualified source for GM-LTS software modification and upgrades. See note No. 22!!
