Description

Note #1 -- Provide Radiologist Services to be furnished at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System from Date of Award through September 30 2001 with a 3 month option to extend the contract. The radiologist must be board-eligible in diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine. The radiologist will be required to work four to five 8-hour days per week. The contract will be a frim fixed-price Commercial contract using smiplified procedures. The issue date is O/A 06-27-01 -- BOD is O/A 07-09-01.
