R-U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Ocean Services (NOS), National Geodetic Survey (NGS), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with American Management Association, Washington D.C. to provide training services/planning/seminars concerning outsourcing initiatives by NGS.
