Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs -- Austin Automation Center (VA-AAC) requires training for Veterans Health Administration (VHA) employees in the area of patient relationships. Sources are sought from firms or organizations that provide training similar to courses offered by Bayer Institute entitled Clinician Patient Communication, Difficult Clinical Patient Relationships, Choices and Changes, and Treating Patients with C.A.R.E. Other courses in patient relationships may be required. Interested sources shall respond by June 22, 2001 to the email contact below in order to be considered as course dates are planned soon. Sources who respond after the due date shall not be considered for near-term requirements. A solitation will be sent to interested sources.
