Description

Provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performance of all work incidental to the construction of a 5,000 square feet two story addition and renovation work of approximately 3,473 square feet at first floor laboratory area of existing Building 218. Site utility condition work, two handicap ramps, site drainage, grading and seeding work, and existing parking lot repair work are included. The time for completion is 435 days. The estimated cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The NAICS Code for this project is 23320. This project is advertised on an unrestricted basis. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7) availability of the solicitation will be available for download free of charge via the Internet World Wide Web at http://www/esol.navfac.navy.mil (website). Hard copies (paper sets) of the solicitation WILL NOT be provided by the Government. This solicitation is advertised in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view the PDF files, can be downloaded from the website. The official plan holder's list will be maintained on and can be printed from the website. -- Plan holders list WILL NOT be faxed and will only be available from the website.
