Description

Drill two vertical wells, one at Silver Creek and Goose Meadows Campgrounds. Work includes installation of pumps, controls and pressure system for each well, provide commercial power to one site, and hook existing commercial power to the well location of the other. Bid Option #1: Abandon 4 vertical wells. The project is located at both the Silver Creek and Goose Meadows Campgrounds located on Highway 89 south out of Truckee, California. The site can be assessed by taking Interstate 80 east from Sacramento approximately 100 miles to Truckee, Ca. Take State highway 89 south toward Lake Tahoe and proceed 6 miles to Goose Meadow Campground and another 3 miles to Silver Creek Campground. Price range -- $25,000 to $100,000. Estimated start work date September 10, 2001, contract time 45 days. Solicitation issue date estimated 07/16/01. 100% Payment bond required after contract award.
