Description

Work consists of furnishing all parts, labor, materials, = equipment, supplies, services and supervision necessary to Repair = General Officer Quarters at Scott AFB, IL 62225-5015. The principal = items of work shall include, but are not limited to, repairs for the = following: Kitchens, bathrooms, doors and woodwork, HVAC equipment, = plumbing equipment and fixtures, electrical service. All work required = by the plans and specifications shall be accomplished by the contractor = even though minor items required may not be specifically mentioned in = the above listing. This will be a Request for Proposal (RFP), Price = Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) solicitation. The procurement action = herein is unrestricted. The solicitation package, if issued, will be = posted on FedBizOpps which can be accessed at = http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This is an informational notification on an = anticipated solicitation. An actual solicitation may or may not be = issued. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a = contract nor, does it obligate the Government to pay for any = bid-proposal preparation costs.
