Description

The Forest Service requires rehabilitation of the Nez Perce Road. Work consists of clearing and grubbing, drainage improvements, erosion control, roadway excavation and fill, blasting, metal culvert installation, compaction, gabion retaining walls, riprap, stream channel improvements, signs, and obliterating a section of existing roadway. The project is located on the West Fork Ranger District, Bitterroot National Forest, Ravalli County, Montana. Bids are due July 27, 2001. The estimated start work date is August 15, 2001. The performance period is approximately 335 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
