Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1601 Perdido Street, New Orleans, Louisiana, 70112 is soliciting bids to Upgrade the Domestic Water System. The procurement is subject to the availability of funds and a 90 day bid acceptance period is mandatory. The bid opening will be held on July 25, 2001, at 1:00 p.m., CST, and the Pre-Bid Conference will be held on July 11, 2001, at 10:00 a.m., both at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1601 Perdido Street, New Orleans, LA 70112, in Building #2, Room 405. All requests for bid documents must be in writing and accompanied by a $100.00 refundable bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or money order. The issue date is o/a June 25, 2001. Only 20 sets of plans and specifications are available on a first come, first service basis.
