Modification to text: In paragraph #6 delete the sentence: The Government's intent is to purchase devices from two (minimum) to three (maximum) vendors. Replace with: The Government intent is to purchase devices from two (minimum) to three (maximum) venders for the 7.62 sight and two (minimum) to three (maximum) vendors for the .50 caliper sight. The vendor does not have to have capabilities with both sights to submit a proposal.
