- Synopsis: This is a noncompetitive acquisition to Systems & = Electronics Inc., St Louis MO, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only = one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy = agency requirements. This acquisition is a requirements contract for = the basic year and six out-year options. The acquisition is for the = repair of the AN/APQ-175 Ka-Band Receiver-Transmitter (NSN = 5841-01-391-4754), AN/APQ-175 X-band Receiver ?Transmitter = (5841-01-396-6997) and the following components: NSN 5841-01-368-413 = (Fault and Control Module Assy., Ka Band), NSN 5841-01-406-3302 = (Modulator, Ka Band), NSN 6130-01-396-9190 (Low Voltage Power Supply, = Ka Band), NSN 5996-01-391-9585 (Servo Amp, Ka Band), NSN = 5841-01-391-4251 (Fault & Control Module Assy., X-Band), NSN = 5841-01-393-4270 (Modulator, X-Band), NSN 6130-01-393-9192 (Low Voltage = Power Supply, X-Band), NSN 5841-01-396-6997 (Receiver, X-Band), NSN = 5996-01-396-3085 (Servo Amp, X-Band). The required delivery schedule = is 30 days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. = Actual Repair flow days report, Production report (G0009) and = Engineering Change Proposal (type 1) are required. The approximate = solicitation date will be 15 days after the publication of this notice. = The approximate response date will be 30 days following the posting of = this solicitation in the CBD. If your = concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has = been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through = established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish = the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to = communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and = recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When = requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the = source of the concern.
