This is a Sole Source Procurement for Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, Ca. utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. Rack mount adapter, 19" (DUAL) Model #VRA 301, p/n SI-008595-000;qty 1 ea. 0003. 110 VA power supply, Model #VPS-501, p/n VA009054-0000, qty 1 ea. 0004. Adapter for K-99A, Model # VA-9067 (use with CBL-3180) p/n VA-9067; qty 1 ea. 0005. Sincgar cable, VDC-500 to KY-57, Model #CBL-093810-0000, qty 1 ea. 0006. Cable to computer RS-232, Model #CL-3811, qty 1 ea. 0007. VDC-500 TO STU-III cable, Model #cbl-004387-0000, qty 1 ea. 0008. VDC-500 TO PSC-5 cable, Model #CBL9110, qty 1 ea. 0009. KIV-21 Crypto, Model #VIP-100 Inline Network Encryptor, qty 4 ea.. No solicitation is available. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract action is for items the Government intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within ten (10) days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award date is anticipated to be made on 25 June 2001. Offers are due by 22 June 2001, 4:00 P.M.
