The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure the following item on an other than full and open competition basis: 7 each -- Avionics Laboratory Interface Device (ALID) 1553 Interface Board (16 bit free-running timer), P/N IDS-ALIDS-04 from Integrated Digital Systems, Inc., 245 North Main P.O. Box 291, Millville, UT 84326. The sole source is based on proprietary rights. Responsible firm's believing they can provide the above service, should submit a written response to the Contracting Officer on or before 21 Jun 01, clearly showing their ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
