Description

Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Thermomicroscopes, on other than full and open competitive basis, the purchase of an Atomic Force Microscope to include: an Autoprobe CP Research System, a 90 micron scanner, an optical microscope, SPMLAB image display software, installation and training, an MFM toolkit, a Microcell, Nanolithography software, and a 5 micron X,Y-scanner. Sole source is based on unique and proprietary features needed to complete missions critical to NRL. See note(s) 22.
