Description

The Army Research Laboratory (ARL) intends to solicit on a sole source basis to Mattson Thermal Products, 4425 Fortran Drive, San Jose, CA 95134 for a Model 610 Heat Pulse Rapid Thermal Processor (RTP) to include: (a) Installation and start-up, (b) ERP Quartz Isolation Tube, double baffle. (c) One quartz research tray assembly w/eight removeable quartz pins. (d) Quartz wafer processing tray. ARL already has a Model 610 RTP and needs a system that is completely interchangeable with the existing Model 610. Mattson is the OEM of the item being procured.
