Description

The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract = to Foster & Freeman Limited under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through = solicitation number 6TSA-01-JMT-0179. The solicitation document and = incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal = Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no = other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A brand = name justification has been prepared for this procurement. This = procurement is for retro-upgrade existing proprietary equipment This = procurement is for the Untied States Secret Service-Counterfeit = Division in Washington DC. The proposed contract action is for supplies = or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate = with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons = may identify their interest and capability to respond to the = requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for = competitive proposals. All proposals received by close of business, = 6/20/2001 will be considered by the government.
