Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to purchase on a sole source basis software support and updates for Marotz Cost Expert proprietary licenses from Marotz Incorporated, 13518 Jamul Drive, Jamul, CA 91935. Marotz is the developer, designer and manufacturer of this software and holds proprietary rights in providing support of Cost Expert software. The contract shall be a firm fixed priced contract for a 60-month period. FOB Destination shall apply. The quotation number is N00178-01-Q-1039. This procurement is DO priority rated. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren Laboratory Procurement Division has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area; therefore, this synopsis will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/supply.
