Description

The United States Army Tank-automotive and Armanments Command-Warren (TACOM-Warren)will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of test and computer modeling to support development of a high risk capacitor in support of the Army's Future Combat System (FCS)initiative. This effort will be acquired on a Cost basis with the University of Connecticut. The period of performance for this effort shall be one year. Any proposal received as a result of this synopsis will be evaluated for possible competition. The proposed contract is sole source. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format. The solicitation will be posted on our web site at http://contracting.tacom.army.mil/acqcen/research/researchproc.html. Please make sure this agency has been furnished with the following additional information: CAGE, Company Name, DUNS Number, and the email address where you would like the notice sent.
