Description

The Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to purchase maintenance and support services from Lotus Development Corporation on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary, Policy (OUSD-P)for continuous support for the Operations Control Center (OCC), the Lotus Notes Developers and the Technology Branch within Policy. Contracted personnel will provide maintenance support for the current licenses of Lotus Notes, 24 x 7 telephone and 24 x 7 on site support; Support Account Manager; Six field Support service days(On-Site Support); one Emergency Assistant Incident; Electronic Connection Support and Service Level Guidelines and Five Developer Tools Support Incidents. The Period of Performance will be one year. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
