Description

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to award a sole source contract to Quality Research, Inc., 4901 D Corporate Drive, Huntsville, AL, to provide IT services in support of the Joint Technology Center/System Integration Laboratory (JTC/SIL). The JTC/SIL has a requirement for IT services to support development, modification, integration and maintenance of the 3-dimensional and 2-dimensional (3-D/2-D) real-time terrain and target imagery used in the Multiple Unified Simulation Environment (MUSE) and the United States Air Force MUSE variant, AFSERS. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to acquire 325 basic hours, and range options covering 48 months (range 1 thru 130,400 option hours) and associated Other Direct Cost. Quality Research, Inc., is the only source capable of providing the technical expertise required to design, develop, modify, integrate, test and maintain MUSE/AFSERS terrain and target imagery. Quality Research, Inc., possesses unique technical knowledge and expertise gained in the design, development, integration, test and demonstration of existing MUSE terrain and target imagery and in the implementation of unique technical processes and procedures required to develop it.
