- The Strategic Systems Programs intends to contract with Northrop Grumman Marine Systems (NGMS), Sunnyvale, CA for TRIDENT II (D5) Launcher Subsystem Safety Net SPALT Development and Fabrication. As the design agent, NGMS is the only source with the requisite design, development, production and testing expertise to ensure performance of the required effort within existing cost and schedule limitations.
