DESC: Provide planning, supervision, laborers, equipment, materials, replacement parts, and supplies required to operate and maintain Government-owned facilities and equipment. Work to be performed includes Base year, four one-year optional periods and 5 one year Term periods. Refer to solicitation number in request. The solicitation package will be available on or about 12 July 2001 and must be printed from the Web site listed below. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $20 million for the last 3 years.
