Description

The U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to negotiate a sole source hubzone simplified acquisition with Keylogic Systems, Inc. At this time, EPA needs to establish a relationship with a contractor capable of carrying on the development of the database ( Pesticides in Ground Water Database , PGWDB) without significant loss of time and resources to the Agency. Keylogic is uniquely qualified to continue work on the database unimpeded due to the expertise of their IT staff who have worked on the PGSWD. These professionals have designed the database structure, coded the programming, developed links to other electronic databases, established relationships with EnviroFacts' staff, and have developed and written the database documentation, User's Guide, and Quality Assurance and Quality Control Procedures manuals. Keylogic possesses an understanding of the data to be ported to the database to include sources, how to extract the key elements of studies to load into the system, and where and how to access ancillary data to improve data value.
