Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), on = behalf of the National Telecommunications and Information = Administration (NTIA), plans to issue an order on a sole source basis = to Mr. Arthur H. Gray, Falls Church, Virginia for professional = consulting services using the simplified acquisition procedures. The = professional services to be provided by Mr. Gray in support of the IRAC = include such specialized tasks as development of specific agendas for = forthcoming meetings, processing and providing CD-ROMs containing = International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Space Systems Data, = annotating the Master Document Log, maintaining the computerized Space = Systems Subcommittee (SSS) Master Document Log, and maintaining and = providing the SSS Master Network Document Index. Mr. Gray is uniquely = qualified to provide the required services in support of the NTIA = Office of Spectrum Management (OSM), IRAC Space Systems Subcommittee = based upon a vast amount of "corporate" knowledge. His experience = includes intimate knowledge of activities surrounding the IRAC and its = subcommittees, acquired during his Government career, much of which was = spent in the Spectrum Support Division of the Office of Spectrum = Management. The period of performance is for six months. No = solicitation package will be issued. Interested parties should submit = a capability statement, to include evidence of their capability to = respond to this requirement.
