Description

Request contractor to furnish all equipment, labor, supervision and materials to provide professtional medical transcription services for the VA Medical Center, Beckley, WV for one (1) year from date of award with three (3) renewal option years. Material tanscribed will include a high incidence of technical terminology and requires knowledge of a specialized vocabulary of a wide variety of subjects in the field of medicine. All prospective offerors shall the capability to program their systems to download into the VA Medical Center's VISTA computer system and will be required to provide all necessary equipment at their expense. Contractor will be required to provide, at contractors location, central digital dictation systems accessible via toll-free telephone anywhere within the continental United States. System must be capable of handling a minimum of eight (8) concurrent dictations. Note #1 applies. NAICS code 561410. Solicitation limited to 30 copies on first come first served basis.
