The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center For Food Safety and Applied Nutrition, (CFSAN), intends to award on a sole source basis, a purchase order to the National Science Teachers Assoc. (NSTA)using simplified acquistion procedures for networking to teachers, maintaining webpage, exhibit booth, NSTA journals to create and advertise for science and our food supply. Period of performance one year. This procurement will be awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FDA subpart 13.5.
