U. S. Department of the Interior, Office of Information Resources Management, MS-5042, 1849 C Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20240 Vendors are invited to display and present their products at the Joint U.S. Department of the Interior and U.S. Department of Agriculture Radio Workshop to be held at the Sheraton Mesa Hotel and Convention Center in Mesa, Arizona, October 29 through November 2, 2001. Information Technology and program employees of the Bureaus and Offices of the Departments, as well as employees of other Government agencies, will attend the Conference. Information about the Department of the Interior and the Department of Agriculture can be found at www.doi.gov and www.usda.gov respectively. Space for vendor displays is limited to a maximum of 22 participating companies. Products will be selected for display in Radio Technology related areas such as: APCO 25 compliant Digital Narrowband Radio and paging equipment; Radio Propagation Software; Antenna Support Structures and hardware; Radio peripheral equipment and Satellite Technology and equipment. The vendor display area will be available from Sunday afternoon, October 28 through Tuesday evening October 30, 2001. Actual use of the available display time is the company's option. Display spaces are approximately 8ft. by 10ft. Companies wishing to participate should send a one-page letter of interest, on company letterhead, which generally describes the proposed display and briefly describes their product and/or services. Additional information may be requested from selected companies for clarification if needed. In your letter of interest please provide name, title and phone number of the person who will be in charge of your display.
