Description

Furnished all necessary supervision, personnel, equipment and supplies to perfrom custodial services for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) San Diego Naval Station Commissary store located in San Diego, California in accordance with the Government's Performance Work Statement (PWS). The base period is October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 and includes one (1) one-year option period. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business firms. The North Amercian Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 561720 and size standard is 12.0 million. This requirement is currently on the Procurement List under the provisions of the Javits wagner-O' Day Act (41 U.S.C. 4646-48c). Offers submitted in response to this solicitation will be reviewed in conjunction with the price submitted under the provisions of the JWOD Program. If the JWOD proposal is more than 10% of the otherwise successful offeror's price, an exception to the government's mandatory use of the Procurement List will be granted and an award will be made to the commercial offeror.
