Description

Contractor shall provide Regulated Medical Waste Management Services at the VA Medical Center, Salem, Virginia. Contractor shall develop a regulated wasted management program that may include, but not limited to, pickup, transportation, incineration, disposal, and appropriate documentation. Solicitation RFP 658-48-01 shall be available o/a June 22, 2001, with proposals due Monday, July 23, 2001. Offeror shall be required to submit both a technical proposal and a price proposal. Solicitation packages shall be requested in writing and forwarded to the above address to the attention of Contracting Officer (90C3). Faxed requests will be accepted at (540) 983-1065. Telephone requests shall not be accepted. NAICS Code is 562119 with a small business size standard of $10M in annual gross receipts applies. This procurement is unrestricted.
