Description

Bwsynop Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, supplies and supervision to perform janitorial services a t the Byron White Federal Courthouse, Denver, Colorado. The Anticipated basic performance period is August 1, 2001 through J uly 31, 2002, with two, 2 year incentive options to extend the contract term through July 31, 2006.This acquisition is a tot al HUBzone Set-Aside. North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) 561720, and a size standard of $12.0 million is applicable to this acquisition. All responsible HUBzone business concerns may submit a proposal.
